Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
1. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products (including guides, PDFs, video replays, and checklists) are non-refundable due to the instant access and downloadable nature of these items.
If you have trouble accessing a file or believe you received the wrong product, please contact me at info@curlsandpilates.com, and I’ll be happy to help.
2. Workshops & Masterclasses
All sales for live or recorded workshops are final. No refunds will be given for missed sessions, late attendance, or scheduling conflicts.
If the workshop is canceled by me for any reason, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
3. Coaching & 1:1 Strategy Sessions
Prepaid coaching or wellness strategy sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed appointments without proper notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
4. Retreats & In-Person Events
Retreat deposits and tuition payments are non-refundable due to limited capacity and upfront expenses.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior approval.
If the retreat is canceled by the host, you will receive a full refund of any tuition payments made (excluding any non-refundable travel or lodging expenses).
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a purchase, please reach out directly at info@curlsandpilates.com before initiating a chargeback. I am committed to resolving issues with fairness and clarity.
